Wine and Cheese Oct.28th

We had a lot of fun last night. Thanks to Gill and Chris. Tonight at 5:30pm, we have a scrimmage with the Novice team at UCC. This is our last skate on Friday at UCC. Please let us know if you can't make it.

No practice Sunday.

OCTOBER 28th

Don't forget tonight's parents' wine and cheese party.

We had a great practice yesterday. The kids are improving in positioning and skating.

Our record is 1 tie and two losses. We can feel the first win is coming. GO RANGERS GO!

Tomorrow, we have our last skate at UCC. It will be a scrimmage with the Novice team. See you there.

As I am sure you’ve noticed, we are in the midst of an unusually busy week for our team. This week is a transitional week for the team in terms of schedules as our UCC ice ends this Friday and house league games start as well. Going forward, the schedule will be less demanding. We will discuss this on Thursday night, but in advance here is a preview of the schedule going forward:

Thursdays Angela Janes (Flemingdon) Arena 6:10 or 6:50 pm -House league game

Alternating Saturdays Mitchell Field 7 am (optional for Selects)

Alternating Sundays York Canlans 6:30-7:30 pm -Select Practice

Typically, we will have one select game/week during the week as we have blacked out the weekends all season. Having two select games in one week is not normal. As mentioned, the house league practices can be considered as “optional” for the select kids. Let me know if you have any questions on the schedule.

That was an exciting game Last night. Everyone played very well.

Directions for tonight's game:

Hwy-400 to Finch Ave. exit 25. West on Finch to Gord & Irene Risk Community Centre Arena. Arena is on the right side of the road, just before Islington Ave.

Sidney Crosby Highlights- The Greatest

Week of October 25th

Hi everyone. Our next game is Monday October 25th against Humber Valley at Forest Hill Arena at 7:10pm.

Please have the kids ready 10 minutes before the game time.

Also we are playing a second game (Normally we won't play two games in a week) on Tuesday October 26th against Goulding Park at Irene Risk Arena at 6:55pm.

The're will be no practice on Tuesday of course.

we have a practice on Wednesday at Baycrest arena at 5pm.
