Playoffs 2011
We have our first playoff GAME:
We are playing the Knights Black, on Monday Feb.28th at 6:10pm at Fenside and we wear WHITE. Please be there 20 minutes before game time and please provide plenty of notice if your son can’t make the game. Knights Black gave us a good game so we will have to play well!
Below are the rules for the playoffs:
Tier split into 2 groups based on winter season standings
1 (York Mills), 3 (Scarborough), 5 (Knights Black), 7 (Willowdale), 9 (Queensway)
2, 4, 6, 8
1st Round = Round Robin each team to play each other once within group.
(Top 2 teams in each group will advance to the Semi-Finals)
2nd Round/Semi-Finals
1st in group A vs. 2nd in group B
1st in group B vs. 2nd in group A
2 out of 3 or 1st team to 4 points advances to Final.
Overtime will be determined by the NYHL office as necessary.

We have practices this week on Wednesday, 5pm at Baycrest and Sunday 6:30 at York Canlans.
We have no news on the playoffs, but should know more in the next few days. I suspect we will be starting with our 1st playoff game early next week.

Week of February 14th
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
We have not found out about our playoffs yet but expect them to start the week of the 28th of Feb.
We have a GAME on Monday Feb 14th (tonight) , 6:10 at Fenside vs. Warren Park and we wear WHITE
There is a practice Wednesday Feb 16th, 5 pm at Baycrest and an Optional Power Skating Practice on Sunday Feb 20th at York Canlans at 6:30.

Rangers week of January 30th
Another storm is coming!!! So please leave plenty of time to get to the Rink on Tuesday…

Game, Tuesday Feb 1st 6:55 at Habitant, we wear Blue
Practice, Wednesday Feb 2nd at Baycrest 5 pm.
NEW GAME ADDED:
Feb 14th Fenside, 6:10pm we are white. Early game so everybody can go for dinner!
Monday February 7th Game 7:10 at Forest Hill vs Scarborough Youth Red we wear WHITE
Feb 21st at Pleasantview, 6:55 PM we wear Blue
-please let me know if your son will be away for this game as this is the Monday of Family Day weekend.
